The Villa Casdagli Line is the result of years of collaboration, discovery, and a deep appreciation for exceptional tobaccos. First established in 2012 when Jeremy Casdagli met Don Olman at the former Vegas Santiago factory in the hills of Puriscal, Costa Rica, the relationship quickly evolved into one grounded in shared passion for craftsmanship and innovation.

It was at this very factory—now known as Tabacos de Costa Rica—that Jeremy was introduced to Peruvian tobacco, which soon became a cornerstone of his blending style. During a 2018 visit, he learned of Don Olman’s “mejorado” (enhanced) fermentation method, where select tobaccos undergo an additional 4-month fermentation in pilones. Though time-consuming and labor-intensive, this extra process results in richer, more refined flavors.

The Villa Casdagli Line showcases this unique approach. The blend features “mejorado” tobaccos from Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Peru, resulting in a complex, medium-to-full-bodied cigar that offers richness, depth, and character in every draw.

Expect layered notes of baking spices, pepper, vanilla, cream, cedar, and oak—a refined flavor profile that evolves beautifully as the cigar progresses.
