Subscription & Pre-Order Policy

Certain products offered on KingOfTheLeaf.com may be sold as subscriptions or pre-orders. Please review the following policies before completing your purchase.

Subscription Policy

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each billing cycle associated with your subscription.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

To prevent abuse of our subscription program and ensure fair access to limited cigars, some subscriptions require a minimum commitment period. Subscription purchases made with the intent of receiving a single shipment and immediately canceling are considered abuse of the service.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit accounts that attempt to circumvent subscription terms.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through the link included in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your account.

Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription shipments are not eligible for refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order allows you to reserve products that are not yet in stock but are expected to arrive in the near future. This is common with limited cigar releases, special collaborations, and small-batch productions.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Due to the limited nature of many cigar releases, we may limit quantities per customer and reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being placed for resale or abuse of limited inventory.

If a pre-ordered item arrives and needs to be returned, please refer to our Returns Policy for eligibility and store credit guidelines.

Limited & Exclusive Cigar Releases

Many cigars offered on our site are limited production releases or exclusive collaborations. Because of their scarcity:

  • All sales are considered final once shipped

  • Returns, when approved, will be issued as store credit only

  • Orders suspected of inventory manipulation, subscription abuse, or resale activity may be canceled at our discretion
