General Store Policy on Returns and Exchanges

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most damaged cases, photo and/or video evidence is required. We require you to send us photos and/or videos of the shipping box and its full contents.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • We cannot accept returns on discontinued items or gift cards.
  • We do not accept returns of cigars unless you receive a damaged order.
  • Subscription packages can not be returned. However, you may cancel your subscription at anytime.
  • We allow exchanges of non-cigar products.

EXCHANGES OF NON-CIGAR PRODUCTS
While we take pride in all of our products, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. You must notify us within (3) days of your delivery date. Sorry, our store does not offer refunds, although in some cases a partial refund may be offered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

When exchanging an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If your exchange request is accepted you will receive store credit for the value of the item/s you are returning, minus the original cost of shipping and any applicable fees. 

CIGARS
Due to the nature of cigars, all cigar orders are final and cannot be returned, with the exception of damaged cigars. Please contact us within three (3) days of receiving damaged cigars to request an exchange or store credit. We take great pride in storing cigars in perfect temperature and humidity controled aging rooms. We make sure your parcel is packed securely when shipping your order, however, if your parcel got damaged during transit, please contact us. A damaged cigar constitutes as a crushed or broken (un-smokable) resulting from the transit or transit time of your order. Minor imperfections on cigars received  from the cigar manufacturer does not constitute as a damaged cigar. You must provide photographic or video evidence showing the extent of the damage, which includes the shipping box and all contents inside the box. You must save all evidence of damaged goods and packaging before you contact us. Subscription packages can not be returned. However, you may cancel your subscription at anytime.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To start a return, Please use the ‘Contact Us’ page with the subject line, ‘return request’ or you may reply to the original order confirmation email. All authorized returns must be received within ten (10) business days after approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued on returns. All approved returns will be processed as store credit equal to the value of the returned item. In cases where the original order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from the credited amount.
