Shipping policy

 

King of the Leaf ships through the United States Postal Service. You may opt to purchase Priority or Express shipping if you desire and if it's available. You may also opt to choose a different shipping carrier such as UPS or DHL, if its available. Please note, purchasing priority or express shipping only refers to shipping times and NOT processing of your order. Our processing times are currently at 1-3 Business days. Shipping promises from third party shipping carriers are estimated only and King of the Leaf is not responsible for any delivery delays.

All shipping costs are non refundable in all cases of delays, exchanges, replacements, returns, lost or damages.

LOST, STOLEN, DELAYS
All our orders come with a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please purchase insurance for your order or contact us with your insurance request.

If your detailed tracking shows Delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. In most cases, you will have to file a claim. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with their local delivery center. We also recommend you file a claim as soon as you realize you are missing a parcel that has been scanned delivered.

If your detailed tracking does NOT show Delivered but still in transit and you did not purchase insurance, we will investigate the order and file an inquiry request with the shipping carrier. Shipping carriers do not always scan at every point in transit so this might take some time to track down. We reserve the right to make a final decision after our investigation. Options can include and not be limited to one of the following: 1) Customer can file a claim against the shipping carrier. 2) we send a replacement item (the customer must pay for shipping again) or the customer will receive store credit to purchase the product again.

  • King of the Leaf does not sell products to anyone under the age of 21.
  • King of the Leaf does not ship products to Utah.
  • Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
  • Signature required of a recipient aged 21 years or older upon delivery to California or Delaware. Subsequently we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to California or Delaware.
  • UPS business days do NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  • USPS business days do NOT include Sundays or holidays.
  • All orders sent to a PO box must be shipped via a USPS method.

International Orders

Kingoftheleaf.com will comply with all customs declaration documentation laws for tobacco shipments from the United States.. Kingoftheleaf.com will not misstate or under-declare the contents or value of any package. Any customs duties, taxes, and all affiliated fees imposed by a country outside of the United States must be paid by the recipient (the buyer). Please be aware of your country's laws before engaging to purchase from kingoftheleaf.com

Kingoftheleaf.com is not responsible for any custom delays or holds. 

Lost International Shipments

Upon confirmation of acceptance by USPS, Kingoftheleaf.com relinquishes control and responsibility of your order. Kingoftheleaf.com will do its best to assist in the tracking and recovery of your order if on rare occasion it is lost or destroyed in transit. However, your order is being shipped FOB Shipping Point and legal ownership of your order transfers to the buyer upon acceptance by USPS. Kingoftheleaf.com will not replace any lost shipments. Kingoftheleaf.com will assist in tracking and submission of documentation for insurance purposes to ultimately replace any lost or destroyed shipment.
