The highly sought-after Blood Medicine from Crowned Heads is back for 2025, continuing its legacy as a limited-edition masterpiece. This year’s release maintains the same exceptional blend as last year—featuring an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed binder, and Nicaraguan fillers.

Once again, production takes place at TacaNicsa in Estelí, ensuring the same meticulous craftsmanship and rich, complex flavor profile that made last year’s release an instant sellout. The 2025 edition will be available at Kingoftheleaf.com in a 5 x 52 Robusto, with only 700 boxes of 21 cigars produced.

The name Blood Medicine is inspired by a 19th-century building in Nashville, the hometown of Crowned Heads. As Jon Huber, co-founder of Crowned Heads, stated:
