Handcrafted at Tabacalera Mina del Rey in the Dominican Republic, this 6 x 54 box-pressed toro showcases Caldwell’s signature approach to blending: experimental, precise, and driven by flavor. The cigar is cloaked in a Habano-seed wrapper of undisclosed origin, paired with a Sumatra-seed binder and aged Dominican fillers. Though exact details remain deliberately mysterious, the construction and balance reflect Caldwell’s personal artistry and uncompromising standards.

Mal Caída—a Spanish phrase loosely translating to “misfit”—is a favorite term of founder Robert Caldwell, and fittingly captures the spirit of this release.
