Important Update for Our California Customers

Effective January 1st 2026,

Due to recent changes in California tobacco and UTL regulations, King of the Leaf is currently unable to ship cigars to the state of California.

We sincerely apologize to our California customers who have supported us over the years. Unfortunately, recent state laws and compliance requirements have made it extremely difficult to continue operating in California in a responsible and sustainable way.

This decision was not made lightly. We value every member of the King of the Leaf community, and it’s disappointing to be forced to pause service to an entire state due to regulatory barriers outside of our control.

We truly appreciate your understanding and hope that future changes in California laws will allow us to once again serve our customers there.

We remain committed to pushing back against California legislation—fighting to end tobacco prohibition and lower taxes to a reasonable level for all cigar enthusiasts.
