Mortal Coil - CAO

When it comes to pushing the bar for highly sought after tobacco or harvesting tobacco from unusual regions, CAO is no stranger. The new Mortal Coil brings back the old world style of fermentation to this new world cigar. A relatively rare, centuries-old technique that involves taking cured Andullo tobacco leaves and tightly coiling them in palm tree pods called “yaguas” to ferment. This process yields a dark, leathery tobacco with a taste profile that is both strong and sweet.

The two year process results in a full bodied experience filled with notes of nutty, earth, cocoa, and dark cherry. CAO Mortal Coil blends this rare tobacco inside a USA Broadleaf wrapper for a unique cigar that’s uncommonly flavorful.

Las Calaveras, a yearly tradition for the brand Crowned Heads. While the band color and the blend of the cigar changes each year, one thing remains, this sought after cigar is always in high demand and sells out quick! With only 1500 boxes of each size produced, it makes the release even more exclusive. The Las Calaveras Edición Limitada 2023 is crafted by none other than the esteemed master, José ‘Pepin’ Garcia.

In this 10th release of the Las Calaveras series, a dark and robust Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper shrouds Nicaraguan long-filler tobaccos, offering a tantalizing blend of sweet cocoa, leathery richness, and earthy undertones. This blend has a medium to full-bodied profile, promising a finish that lingers in the palate.

Las Calaveras Edición Limitada embodies the spirit of celebration, drawing inspiration from the Mexican holiday, the Day of the Dead. Sinistro cigars is one of those boutique cigar brands who like to push the limits in cigar production. Their outside-the-box thinking have garnered some of the best and most flavorful cigars in the market today. Honor Among Thieves by Sinistro Cigars is a testament to that boutique-without-borders philosophy. Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic by some of the most gifted cigar rollers at the La Aurora Cigar Factory, one of the world’s most historic cigar factories. Honor Among Thieves uses a flavorful blend of Nicaraguan, Dominican & U.S.A. filler tobaccos in an undisclosed binder then finished in a flavorful Brazilian Cubra Maduro wrapper. Honor Among Thieves by Sinistro is a medium to full-bodied cigar bursting with mouth-watering notes of cocoa, roasted coffee, & nuts with a smooth, earthy finish.

Samurai - AJ Fernandez

Samurai is a hot new line of premium cigars produced by AJ Fernandez: one of the most highly successful cigar makers in all of Nicaragua. The brand focuses on the Samurai's thousand-year-old moral/philosophical code of "Bushido" which is Inspired by the writings of Miyamoto Masashi. Bushido emphasizes standing tall with honor, courage, mastery of martial arts, and loyalty to a master.

This flawlessly rolled (6.12 x 54) old-world box pressed belicoso features a silky smooth, Ecuadorian habano atop a criollo binder and a combination of criollo and piloto cubano long filler tobaccos from Nicaragua. A medium-to-full bodied highly complex smoke that provides flavors of Earth, White Pepper, Leather, and Graham Cracker.

Fatal Atrraction - KOTL

The Limited Edition Fatal Attraction is the first KOTL Exclusive cigar blended for our King of the Leaf Cigar Club members. It was introduced in the month of October 2023 as a treat cigar, an extra 6th cigar among the pack of 5 for club members. Our way of saying thank you for the month of Halloween.

Sized 5x50 Robusto, Fatal Attraction is a mild to medium strength Maduro stick. With a dark Mexican San Andreas wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, fillers including Ecuadorian Ligero and Piloto Cubano. Aged 14 Months, and only 3000 made, the limited addition Fatal Attraction is included in the KOTL subscription box in the month of October and the remaining will be sold in 5 packs until sold out. Since Fatal Attraction is an exclusive blend for our club only, specifics of the brand and factory making the cigar for us is undisclosed.
